Stage 01
Briefs arrive in all shapes — sometimes a clear deck, sometimes a WhatsApp and a deadline. Either way, pre-production is where everything gets shaped.References are aligned with you, practical decisions are made early, and the shot list is agreed before the shoot begins.
Any surfaces, props, or set elements are pulled from existing studio resources where possible, or sourced based on the needs of the project. It’s about working with what’s available and keeping things efficient. This stage is also where time and budget are protected — the better the planning, the fewer surprises on set.
Stage 02
Lighting is the first creative decision, not a post-production fix. Direction, temperature, contrast, negative fill — every call shapes how a product reads on shelf, on a menu, or on a 6-metre billboard.
Stage 03
Depending on the scale of the shoot, I work either solo or within a small team — and on larger productions with additional crew such as a stylist or production support when required.
I’m involved in both the photography and production side of the shoot — lighting, composition, set execution, and on-the-day coordination where needed. On smaller productions I run most of the process directly. On larger sets, I work within a wider team structure and focus on the visual execution and flow of the shoot.
Where possible, we review images on set in real time so adjustments can be made immediately. When you're here, we review selects live on screen and approve the hero frames before the lighting moves on. The aim is to keep the process efficient, make decisions early, and deliver strong results in camera with minimal post-production.
Stage 04
Post-production is built into the timeline, not bolted on. Within 5 working days: retouched selects, web-optimised crops, print-ready files — all in a secure delivery link.
Faster turnaround available when required.
